These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProcureMyHotel website and procurement service. By submitting a requirement, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service

ProcureMyHotel is a procurement service that helps hospitality businesses source housekeeping, linen, toiletries, kitchen, disposable, room-essential, and staff-supply products from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer of the products we help source, unless explicitly stated for custom-branded items.

Quotations and pricing

• There is no fee for sharing a requirement or receiving a quotation.
• Product pricing, minimum order quantities, applicable taxes, and delivery charges will be communicated in the quotation before order confirmation.
• Prices and availability are subject to change until an order is confirmed.

Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after you have reviewed and accepted the quotation. Any product substitution will be communicated and requires your approval before dispatch, except where explicitly agreed otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on product category, quantity, supplier location, and delivery destination, and will be communicated in the quotation. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customer responsibilities

• Providing accurate hotel, contact, and requirement information.
• Reviewing quotations carefully before confirming an order.
• Making payment in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to source reliable products and coordinate delivery, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted supplier availability, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
